Nestled in tranquil, well-established gardens, Ashden Lodge borders the Mafikeng Game Reserve and is less than 10 minutes drive from the center of Mafikeng, making it ideally situated for tourists and business travellers alike.
The Lodge consists of 11 spacious and air-conditioned rooms. Each double room is well appointed, with a wall-mounted television, a fridge containing bottled water and a kettle with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits. All rooms have large en-suite bathrooms, six of which have a shower and five of which contain both a shower and a bath.
For our business customers, each room also contains a desk, should you wish to work during the evenings, and free WiFi is available.
The gardens are filled with birdlife and are regularly visited by a number of smaller mammals including civet, mongooses and dassies (rock hyrax). Large acacia & karee trees offer areas of shade on the lawn where guests can enjoy an oasis of peace and tranquility at the end of the day. There is also plenty of secure parking on the grounds for your car.
